All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise specified, with international pricing available in applicable currencies. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is required in full before order processing begins. We accept various payment methods including mobile money, bank transfers, and international payment platforms such as Paystack, Flutterwave, and Stripe. 6. Order Processing and Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order but merely acknowledges receipt. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or fraud prevention. Order acceptance occurs when we send you a shipping confirmation. We will notify you if any item in your order is unavailable or if there are any delays in processing.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping within Ghana and internationally to selected countries including Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, USA, UK, Canada, and Europe. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.
8. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

If you have concerns about product authenticity or quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
